Set up SMTP and the email validator
Open Settings and enter the SMTP server, port, username, password, sender email, and optional CC email. If you use a supported email validator, add the API details and save the settings.

A simple workflow for setting up the app, preparing lists, creating templates, texting, dialing, verifying emails, and sending emails.
Prepare your phone list and email list
Keep lists in plain text format. Use one phone number per line and one email address per line to avoid import errors.
Create and save templates
Go to Templates and create reusable text templates for Auto Text and email templates for sending emails later.
Send messages with Auto Text
Open Phones, import the list, choose a template, select Auto Text, and start immediately or with a delay. Use the stop control when needed.
Start Auto Dial and review call results
In Phones, choose Auto Dial to begin calling through the imported list. After each call, review the result and continue through the queue.
Verify email addresses before sending
Open Email, import the email list, and click Verify. When API based validation is configured, verification can be more reliable than basic checks alone.
Send emails after verification finishes
Choose a saved email template and send only to verified addresses. The queue panel shows the current index and current item being sent.
